Open any subject from the home screen, set an age range or continent filter in the floating filter tile if you want one, and tap Start Quiz. That takes you straight into the quiz for that subject — no extra setup screen in between.
Multiple choice shows four answer options with one correct answer, shuffled into a random position each time. Fill-in-the-blank asks you to type the answer yourself, with common alternate spellings accepted. Choose either from the Quiz tab, or from a subject's own quiz button.
Turn on Challenge Time from the Quiz tab and set a limit from one minute up to sixty. During the quiz, a countdown clock appears — drag it anywhere on screen if it ever sits in front of an answer you need to tap. If time runs out mid-quiz, your results are recorded based on whatever you'd answered so far.
That's intentional. Questions reshuffle into a fresh random order every time you open a subject's question list, or change its age or continent filter, so the list doesn't feel identical on repeat visits.
Entirely on your own device. Nothing is uploaded anywhere — see the Privacy Policy for the full detail. That also means progress doesn't sync between devices, and reinstalling the app clears it.
Yes. Open the Progress tab and choose Reset All Progress. This permanently deletes your saved scores and history and can't be undone.
The Progress tab counts distinct questions you've answered correctly at least once, not total quiz attempts. Retaking a quiz and getting the same question right again doesn't increase that count further.
Every question is tagged 8–11, 12–15, 16–19, or 20+ based on its reading level and subject complexity, not just topic. You can filter to a single age range or leave it open to see everything for a subject.
